Cameron Davis was appointed Village Manager on August 9, 2011.  Administrator Davis has over 23 years of municipal management experience, having served the Illinois communities of Cary, DeKalb, Woodridge and Wheaton.  Mr. Davis has a professional history of serving communities that have experienced rapid growth while, at the same time, they have sought to protect and nurture their historical small town character.  Originally from Sterling, Illinois, Administrator Davis is a graduate of Northern Illinois University.

During his long tenure in municipal government, Administrator Davis has been honored to serve his peers as both President of the Illinois Assistant City/County Managers Association (IAMMA) and as the President of the Illinois City/County Management Association (ILCMA).  Mr. Davis is also a past recipient of an ILCMA Special Service Award for Outstanding Leadership.  "I look forward to working with and for the residents of this great community," stated Administrator Davis.
