The Illinois State Board of Elections governs all election activities in Illinois.

Will County is the immediate Election Authority presiding over the Village of Homer Glen. The Will County Clerk has an excellent website with extensive voter and election information, including Absentee Voting, Early Voting, polling places, etc.
