Homer Glen Police Task Force Study

In January 2007 the Village of Homer Glen passed an ordinance creating the
Police Feasibility Task Force consisting of one village trustee, four village
residents, and several village Ex-Officios.
The goal of the committee was to re-visit the original 2002 Public Safety
Task Force's findings and update the information using more current data. The
Homer Glen Police Task Force gave a Power Point presentation to the Board of
Trustees on February 12, 2008 regarding their final research report. The
Village Board will continue future discussion regarding these findings prior to
any approved action.
