The Village of Homer Glen takes great pride in attracting and retaining a small, high-quality, professional workforce in order to meet the service demands of the residents and businesses of our community. Currently, the Village of Homer Glen has only eleven (11) full-time staff members. The Village organization values its staff members and the contribution they make to the community. We know that residents of Homer Glen understand the importance of retaining high quality staff members in meeting the service needs of our community.
