Free Paper Shredding & Electronic Recycling Event

Paper Shredding
This event will provide a safe and secure way to shred confidential personal documents. Homer Glen residents can bring up to 10 boxes of any paper documents they would like to have securely destroyed onsite by an information destruction professional. Upon arrival at the Hadley Middle School parking lot, drivers will be directed to a designated document drop-off area, where documents will be unloaded for onsite destruction and participants can watch their documents being shredded. From drop-off to destruction, all documents will be constantly monitored and protected. Staples, rubber bands and paper clips do not need to be removed from paper documents before being shredded.
Electronics
Electronics will also be accepted at the location and drivers will be directed to a designated area for drop off. Please see below for the list of electronics that will be accepted at this location. This event is only open to Homer Glen residents.
