Responsibilities
Planning and Zoning Department within the Village of Homer Glen focuses on land uses, current and future, their locations within the Village, administration of the Comprehensive Plan, the Zoning chapter of the Village Code, and all applicable Zoning District regulations. Staff provides information to residents, developers, Village Board, Plan Commission concerning land use, zoning, site development and other land development related activities.
