Traffic will be shifted onto the Eastern half of Bell Road starting early next week (November 26, 2024).
Construction will take place on the proposed Southbound lanes for Bell Road.
Meadowview Lane will only be accessible via Southbound Bell Road.
Homer Junior Highschool will be accessible via Northbound and Southbound Bell Road.
Generally, businesses will be accessible via the respective Northbound and Southbound lanes the same as Stage 2. Northbound/Southbound staged traffic will be divided by concrete barriers so the only crossing of traffic that will occur will be Southbound Bell Road to access Homer Junior Highschool.
