On March 11th, Mayor Daley presented the Homer Mustang Cheerleaders and their co-coaches with a proclamation recognizing their first place title in the Illinois Elementary School Association's (IESA) Large Team Routine cheer division. Mayor Daley also acknowledged that the Homer Mustang Cheerleaders won first place at the North Pole Invitational, third place at the ICCA Invitational and third place at the ICCA Championships during the 2014-2015 season. Mayor Daley proclaimed Monday, March 16th as Homer Mustang Cheerleader Day in the Village of Homer Glen.
