Important Notice About Ice Cream Trucks

According to Village Code Section 83 (83-6.13), the sale of ice cream from trucks is not allowed in the Village unless the vendor has been specifically approved for a Village Special Event.

If you see an ice cream truck driving through your neighborhood, please be aware:

• It has not been authorized by the Village.

• It may not have a valid food safety license from Will County.

Please use caution and report any concerns to the Village.
